Membership Agreement

1. Definitions

a) "Company": Lonca Trade refers to Lonca Trade, the provider of this agreement.

b) "Member": Refers to the natural or legal person who has registered on the company website and accepted this agreement.

2. Parties

This agreement has been concluded between the Company and the Member.

3. Subject of the Contract

The Company offers the Member access to foreign trade services and the Member can benefit from these services.

4. Membership Conditions

a) It is the Member's responsibility to provide the information required to become a member completely and accurately.

b) The Member agrees to act in accordance with the rules and conditions determined by the Company.

5. Cancellation and Termination of Membership

a) The member can cancel his membership at his request.

b) The Company has the right to terminate the membership if the Member does not comply with the rules or engages in illegal activities.

6. Privacy Policy

Member's personal information will be protected in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

7. Responsibilities

a) The company does not guarantee the quality and accuracy of the services provided.

b) The Member agrees to use the services provided by the Company in accordance with the law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The copyrights of the contents on the Company's website belong to the Company. It cannot be used without permission.

9. Transaction Security

The member is obliged to take security measures when accessing his account. He/she must immediately report suspicious activities to the Company.

10. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Turkey and Istanbul Courts are authorized to resolve disputes between the parties.

11. Other Provisions

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any other oral or written agreement.
